We share it only with the service providers needed to run Hope: the messaging provider that delivers texts (Twilio) and the AI and hosting services that power Hope's replies and store your page. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Retention: we keep messages for as long as needed to provide support, and delete or anonymize them when they're no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see contact info below).
Your choices: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us at any time. Contact us to ask what information we have about you or to request it be deleted.
